Job Description:
The HR Assistant will provide administrative support to the HR department, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a keen interest in human resources. Please note that this position is open to non-Libyan nationals only.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records and processing documentation.
• Support the recruitment process by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and departing employees.
• Manage employee attendance records and leave requests.
• Assist in organizing training sessions and employee development programs.
• Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in an HR role or administrative position is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English (writing, speaking, reading)
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
• In-depth knowledge of HR practices
