Key Responsibilities:
- Visit businesses and organizations to introduce our physical security and manpower solutions.
- Identify prospects, build relationships with key decision-makers, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Present, negotiate, and close deals, ensuring a minimum of one signed contract per month.
- Collaborate internally to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Keep clear records of leads, meetings, and sales progress.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in the UAE, preferably in physical security, manpower, or facility services.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory.
- Female candidates are preferred and will be given priority.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Valid UAE driving license.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: AED 5,000/month
- Commission: 3% on net profit per closed deal
- UAE visa & health insurance
