Position Overview

We are seeking a Female Security Officer to join our team in the London Area, United Kingdom. This role requires a vigilant and dedicated professional to support our on-site operations by maintaining a safe and secure environment for personnel, assets, and facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for patrolling designated areas, preventing unauthorized access, and serving as a visible deterrent to any irregular or suspicious activity.

This is a client-facing role that demands excellent communication, discretion, and a professional demeanor at all times. We are hiring both full-time contract staff and flexible freelance officers for coverage as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute daily security duties as per company policy and instructions from the designated team leader.

• Maintain a strong and visible presence to deter unauthorized or suspicious activity.

• Patrol assigned areas to identify potential security risks or breaches.

• Control access points and monitor the entry and exit of employees, contractors, and visitors.

• Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, and emergency situations, following the established contingency plans.

• Report irregularities, security breaches, or safety hazards through clear and concise communication.

• Complete daily logs and incident reports in a timely and accurate manner.

• Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all non-disclosure agreements and privacy protocols.

• Collaborate with team members and local authorities as necessary to maintain a secure environment.

• Properly wear and maintain the company-provided uniform and equipment during duty hours.

• Assist in enforcing property regulations and ensuring compliance with all legal and procedural guidelines.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• Valid SIA License (Security Industry Authority)

• Demonstrated knowledge of modern security protocols and procedures

• Good physical condition with the strength and stamina required for patrolling and emergency response

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with individuals respectfully and professionally

• First Aid Certification (Preferred but not mandatory)

• Prior experience in the security industry is an asset

• High integrity, attention to detail, and strong observational skills

• Ability to remain calm and act decisively in high-pressure situations

• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed

Schedule and Work Conditions

We operate on a flexible shift model and require officers who are adaptable and available for various schedules.

Typical full-time rotation:
4 days on / 4 days off
09:00 AM – 07:00 PM

In addition to full-time positions, we are actively looking for freelance security officers to support on an as-needed basis for ad hoc shifts, special events, and temporary coverage.
