Job Overview:
Septimius Security Services LLC seeks qualified, experienced Close Protection Officers (CPOs) and professional Drivers to join our freelance team. These positions will be activated on an as-needed basis, responding to mission requests across the UAE.
Position 1: Close Protection Officer (CPO) (Freelance)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide close protection services to clients, ensuring their safety and security during travel and public/private appearances.
- Coordinate with event security, law enforcement, and relevant personnel as necessary.
- React to security incidents and provide immediate support when required.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and protect client confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- SIRA License: Mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a Close Protection Officer.
- Age: 30 years or older.
- Skills: Excellent situational awareness, conflict resolution, and tactical skills.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Additional languages are a plus.
- Physical Fitness: Athletic build, maintaining a good level of physical fitness without excessive musculature.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations effectively.
- Must have a valid UAE visa
- Must be located/based in Dubai
Position 2: Driver (Freelance)
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport clients to their destinations across Dubai and the UAE.
- Ensure vehicles are maintained in excellent condition and always ready for use.
- Drive in compliance with local traffic regulations while maintaining discretion and professionalism.
- Use security driving techniques as needed to ensure client safety.
- Assist the CPO and other security personnel as required.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- License: Valid UAE driving license (Category Light Vehicle).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional driving experience in the UAE.
- Age: 28 years or older.
- Skills: Knowledge of defensive driving techniques and local routes.
- Communication: Basic proficiency in English; other languages are a plus.
- Professionalism: Maintain a clean driving record and professional appearance at all times.
- Must have a valid UAE visa
- Must be located/based in Dubai

- Must be available on short notice for mission requests.
- Strong commitment to professionalism and client confidentiality.
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Adherence to company standards and guidelines for safety and security.
