Job Summary:
We are seeking a vigilant and responsible Static Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of the site, personnel, and assets. The role involves maintaining a continuous presence, monitoring site activities, and supporting daily operations in coordination with the Operations Room and site management.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain site security and control access to authorized personnel only.
Monitor surveillance systems and observe site activities to ensure safety.
Support the enforcement of company security and operational policies.
Maintain accurate records and daily logs in accordance with company procedures.
Report incidents or irregular activities promptly to the supervisor.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in security or facilities operations preferred.
Good communication and observation skills.
English language proficiency (spoken and written) is required.
Professional appearance and conduct.
Ability to work independently and follow standard operating procedures.
Willingness to work shifts, including nights and weekends, as needed.
No specific timing, based on shift rotations.
